Ritz Acapulco Hotel All Inclusive

I couldn't relax because all I wanted was to spend time with my girlfriend. She left me to go to a photo shoot at the other Ritz and hasn't said a word since, which has me worried. I was in a difficult spot myself and could really use help. The stay itself was excellent, even though I had to go alone. I put this note in a bottle and threw it into the ocean. I've been trying for days to reach the hotel, but nobody answers my emails or phone calls.

Everything is wet, so slipping feels like a real risk. There are leaks everywhere and the drains are clogged as they try to get things back in order after the hurricane. Staff keep asking for tips, which is somewhat understandable. The lobby toilets aren't handicap friendly.

The pool is tiny for a hotel this size, so it's incredibly crowded. Rooms are noisy too: traffic from the jam was audible even from the 6th floor, and repair work on another floor started early enough that we could hear it. The place feels old and dirty, from the rooms and badly maintained tub to an elevator that seems like it could give out eventually. My experience was awful, and at this price there are much better options. Dirty, noisy, old, and crowded is how I'd describe it.
