Fiesta Americana Aguascalientes

There are lots of places nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack, and downtown is only a few minutes away. It’s a great place for a short or long vacation.

Watch out if you’re getting bottle service here, especially with a server named Leonel. He tried to make my group pay a mandatory tip even though service was already charged on the bill. He said the hotel kept the service charge and the tip was separate, but the service charge is the tip. He was rude and unprofessional, and I’ll never go back. Americans, don’t get hustled. When they charge you a “service” charge, that’s the tip! I’ll submit a complaint with PROFECO about the forced tip.

The pool area was expansive and felt like a resort, and there’s a Starbucks on the property, handy first thing in the morning or for relaxing by the pool. The grounds were immaculate, and the location couldn’t have been better. We also appreciated that a lot of the staff spoke very good English, though we hadn’t expected that. This was our first stay, and we couldn’t have been happier. The room was fantastic, with a huge balcony and a great, comfortable bed. The bathroom was perfect, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff were helpful and informative. Nothing disappointed us, it was a delightful stay.

The location is ideal for walking downtown, and the internet is very high speed. The rooms are well kept and set up for longer stays. There are plenty of amenities, shops, a Starbucks, and a pretty decent restaurant. The pool is good, and the outdoor area is very nice.
