The front desk experience was disappointing, and the staff seemed unprofessional. When I checked in, I asked for a higher floor, but the attendant said the hotel was fully booked. I later found that wasn’t accurate, which made me question how transparent and helpful the service was. That evening I asked about the complimentary 3:00 a.m. airport shuttle and was told it was full, so I arranged transportation myself about 30 minutes before leaving. At 2:30 a.m., when I came down to check out, a different representative said the shuttle was actually empty and even offered to let me go back upstairs and rest longer. The mixed information showed a lack of communication and professionalism. As a paying guest, I expect honesty, consistency, and courteous assistance. I hope management improves front desk training and accountability so other guests don’t have the same experience.

5/12/25 check-in. The rooms and location worked well for one night, but the front desk service was awful to my husband, who doesn’t speak Spanish. At first I felt bad for the front desk woman because there were about five people there and nobody was helping her while she had a line of customers. But when we got to her, I was disappointed by how rude she was when we asked questions. My husband is a diamond member, and honestly I should have reported her. We won’t stay there again.

I’ve stayed here more times than I can count. It’s close to both the airport and our plant, and the shuttle takes me to either one. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The workout room is one of the best I’ve seen, with lots of space and equipment. Hotel food is edible, just okay. La Mansion next door is awesome and will deliver to the room.

There isn’t much sightseeing in this industrial area, but the amenities around the hotel made it a great fit for my business trip. The hotel helped us arrange transportation, and the provider they recommended gave us amazing service at an amazing cost. They drove us three hours away, waited while we finished our meetings, then took us to local places so we could have some tourist time. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast spread was WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely recommend.
