The rooms are spotless and modern, and the service is impeccable. The location is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again if I needed to.

I was really taken with the place at first. My family and I got food at the cafe, and they let us check in 30 minutes early. The flies around the cafe were the one early downside. By the third day, though, the staff had become rude. We wanted housekeeping to come while we were out, so I called the front desk to ask whether they were close. With a toddler, I needed to plan ahead and bring toys or arrange an outing with a purpose. The man downstairs said they'd clean soon, so we went to lunch for three hours. When we came back, nobody had come. I called again because we wanted to nap, especially my toddler. He said housekeeping would get to it and added, “you’re not the only guests at the hotel.” I just said thank you. My husband, who's very patient and understanding, also thought it was rude. On our last day, the toilet wouldn't flush properly after I peed. The maintenance man came in and said the toilet couldn't take toilet paper. I had peed and wiped normally. He said, “Look,” put his bare hand in the toilet, pulled out the paper, threw it in the trash, then used that same hand to flush. It worked afterward, but I was shocked. He left without washing his hands. I worried about whatever he'd touch next, so thank goodness I had Clorox wipes and cleaned everything he'd touched. I chose this place because one of my best friends recommended it, but I'm not sure I'd stay again. The people were rude and unhygienic.

The hotel is clean, the staff are great, and breakfast is always good. It's also very conveniently close to shopping centers.

The rooms were spotless during my stay at the Hilton in Aguascalientes, and housekeeping kept them that way every day. I also found the staff warm and helpful, and the location made getting around the city easy. Breakfast had a decent range, but some fruit wasn't fresh and the leafy greens looked wilted, as if they hadn't been changed in a while. That was disappointing. It's still a solid place to stay, though the breakfast quality could be better.
