The room was tiny and old, with a broken door lock. We'd booked a king bed but got what was actually a full-size bed, and the blanket was dirty with lots of hair on it. Noise was nonstop, with people talking, walking, and slamming doors; there was no soundproofing and we couldn't sleep at all. We booked eight nights but checked out after the first. Don't waste your money or time here.

It's cheaper than other places, and the bed bugs and location are the only reasons I'd call the hotel good. The area isn't safe. Pino Suraez is dangerous.

The room was fine. The only thing I didn't like was that the units don't have AC.
