I showed up with a confirmed booking, only to be told there were no rooms. The manager never came out. The security guard, Arturo Hernández Lozano, was very polite and gave me the reservations manager Beatriz Reyes’s contact details, but she never answered her phone. The whole thing felt incredibly unprofessional, like they didn’t care about guests at all. A very bad experience. I don’t recommend this place.
