The location is definitely a strong point, and I’d come back for a night if I needed to. Service was good, though the towel was worn and even had a chlorine stain. The rooms are tiny, with barely enough room for clothes, so they’re better for a short stay. A cabinet at the foot of the bed blocks a drawer, and the mirror behind it is too far away to get a proper look at yourself or do makeup easily. 😃

We paid in full before they’d let us into the room, then waited an hour and a half before they finally gave it to us. My wife and I were there for one night, and the room was dirty, with stained sheets and a bath towel marked with something of dubious origin. We complained to the manager, Tere Castro, but she didn’t even acknowledge us. Awful experience, especially for an area known for good service. It’s not fair to treat people this way.

The staff were really friendly, and the price was excellent. The area felt safe and was one of the best around, with a beautiful location. The rooms had everything we needed. I loved staying here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

The logo set my expectations too high. We got a poor welcome, and the person who was meant to make things easier only made the stay worse. The sheets were dirty and smelled bad, and the bath and towels were disgusting. We were in a rush, so we didn’t notice until nighttime. Thank goodness I’d brought my own sheets. They never took responsibility, and I’d never stay here again.
