Breakfast on the first floor was a real highlight. The food was fresh, flavorful, and varied enough that I wanted to keep going back. The hotel is also well placed, a short walk from Bellas Artes, and quiet enough to feel restful. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, so I’d happily return. We chose a slightly larger room. It wasn’t a suite, but it felt spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with a fantastic view. The lounge check-in team, especially Lorena and her colleague, were warm, welcoming, and efficient, and set a great tone for the stay. The lounge happy hour didn’t match the rest. The food choices were limited and forgettable, and the drinks were basic, mostly standard well options.

I loved the art in the hotel gallery so much that I bought a couple of pieces. The hotel is also within walking distance of many central Mexico City attractions, with buses and Metro trains nearby. The service made it easy to settle in. The bell hop helped with my luggage and gave me a quick tour of the room amenities, and the front desk got me checked in quickly. Housekeeping was excellent, with Ruth keeping my room spotless every day. Elliott at the concierge desk was also great and arranged a private tour of the pyramids of the Gods. It was a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely come back.

The staff and service were truly one of a kind. They were caring, followed up, and clearly wanted me to have a fabulous time. I’m so grateful I stayed here, and I’d come back. The concierge was a huge help with planning, booking reservations, and replying to my emails and questions. I just hope the outdoor pool area opens up.

The sunrise views are breathtaking, and the hotel has two very good restaurants on site. It’s a large, modern place in the heart of the Alameda, handy for sightseeing, local restaurants, and street food. The executive lounge is very good, the service is great, and the gym and spa facilities are top notch.

The service was attentive everywhere, and there was a good variety of snacks in the lounge. The executive rooms were quite spacious, clean, and in good condition.
