For three days, the hot water kept failing, which was awful. They tried to fix it a couple of times, but it never worked properly. The room design also looked completely different from the pictures, so it felt like a bait and switch. Maybe it’s a new hotel, but things should work before guests are booked in.

The master room was great, and the location was great too.

The location is really good, and I think the place may improve, but there are several problems right now. With the remodeling, the hot water wasn’t working. It was noisy, especially in some rooms where the bathrooms are close together, which is a strange layout. The curtains are see-through, so you can see outside, and a few things are missing. Regards.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s easy to walk around from here. We brought a car but only used it a few times. The staff were very friendly, and the place was clean. Everything was great during my stay. I recommend it.

My room was spacious and everything was fine. There was a big screen with Netflix, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong and worked well.
