Life Hotel

We only wanted to check that our two week reservation had gone through after booking on Expedia. The receptionist was rude on the phone, put us waiting for more than ten minutes, then hung up. She hadn't actually put us on hold, either. We could hear her conversations while the phone sat on the counter. She wouldn't give her name or the manager's name so we could file a complaint. The next morning, the manager apologized for her behavior and wanted to make it up to us, but we'll be booking elsewhere unless they train the receptionists to treat guests better. We will cancel our reservation. There are plenty of better hotel options, and I really don't recommend this place because of the poor customer service.

We picked this hotel for one night on the way to Huatulco. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel seems new. There's a small restaurant for dinner. We'd happily use the same hotel for an overnight stop next time.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and our room was spacious and clean. Prices were very affordable. We had nothing but a great experience here, no complaints.

Good location if you've got a car, since you can't walk to the center or dinner places from here. The room was comfortable and the service was friendly and great. Breakfast, though, was very average at best.
