We spent five days in Oaxaca, and the owner was lovely. The place stays quiet at night, but it's still close enough to everything. Our room was extremely clean, the beds were comfy, and the towels were super soft, which is a real treat when you're traveling. There was air conditioning too. And being greeted by that beautiful dog every time we came and went was a great start to the day. My sister and I would recommend staying here.

The rooms are recently renovated, clean, and decorated in a way I really liked. The beds were very comfortable, and the people running the hotel were kind and helpful. There's a friendly dog around too. I liked everything and think this is the best place to stay in Oaxaca. Highly recommend it.

We were there for six nights in February 2025. Getting in was easy, with a metal gate and a tap device for the keypad, and there are lots of charging outlets in both the rooms and the shared area. The house is right on a bus route, with laundry, plenty of cafes, and an artist workshop within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The shower had good pressure, the sink was a good size, and there was lots of closet space. The staff and manager were friendly and helpful. Traffic noise was annoying, so I put in my earbuds.

From the street, this little place doesn't look like much, but inside the rooms were new as of November 2024, clean, and comfortable. The owners and manager were really friendly and helpful. A simple but nice place to stay in Oaxaca, and one I'd strongly recommend.
