The staff were so polite, and when my son left his phone in the room at checkout, the cleaning lady brought it to me as I was leaving. We were there for La Feria de San Marcos, and the location worked perfectly for the things I wanted to see since everything was nearby. Breakfast was included: chilaquiles, beans, fruit with granola and yogurt, plus coffee, tea, milk, juice, and toast. Such a great stay, I’d definitely come back 🥰🙏♥️

It faces Zaragoza park, and downtown Aguascalientes is about a 10-minute walk away. There are lots of stairs, and the rooms are missing quite a few features. Breakfast is barely more than coffee. The employees could use some training.

For $50 USD, you get air conditioning and a good location, so I can’t complain too much. The maids do a nice job cleaning, but I found a beetle in the hallway and another in my room. My main gripes are the bed being hard, the toilet barely flushing, and the other staff being unfriendly and not giving customers much attention. It’s an okay place, neither great nor terrible.
