There was plenty of hot water, and the rooms were clean. Bedding and towels were changed every day. The buffet breakfast could use improvement: they ran short of clean plates and other things, and there wasn't enough food for the number of guests. At night, noise from the hotel across the road was pretty noticeable.

The staff were great, but we had problems in both of the two rooms we booked for our group. The shower pressure was very low, the sink drains were clogged, and the toilets wouldn't flush. The elevators were tiny, with room for only three people at a time. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

For a three-star hotel, this was about what I expected: a great price, decent cleanliness, a good location, a quiet setting, attentive staff, and an okay breakfast. The indoor parking was a relief in that heat. I'd recommend it, especially during San Marcos' Fair each April. My room was on the first floor, though, and restaurant smells came in from early morning until 11 a.m. every day. I wished I could sleep longer instead of waking up hungry.

If you're going to the San Marcos' fair, this is the best option. It's a fancy, very comfortable and nice hotel, with great service and an even better location.

Customer service and room service are excellent. It's a very good place to stay if you want to be near " los mercados" and the main churches.
