The Sunday brunch was great, and the rooms were very nice. Service was great too. It's an excellent hotel, though a little expensive.

The place is big and my king bed room was spacious, but the air conditioner in my room wasn't working very well.

The location really made the stay for me, right by a lovely park, museums, and restaurants. My room had everything I needed, and the staff were wonderful: they brought sparkling wine while I checked in, then carried my bags up and showed me around. The price is hard to beat for this kind of experience. I’ve never stayed anywhere nicer, and from now on I’ll stick with Quinta Real hotels when I’m in Mexico. They have one in every major city. This hotel is amazing.

Our suite was so quiet at night, and the bed and bedding were excellent. We loved spending two nights here. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was first class. Octavio served us this morning and was incredibly kind. I do wish the speakers played music instead of television, which would make the atmosphere much better.

The rooms are roomy, and the bed was great. Staff were friendly and eager to help, even cooking something for me that wasn't on the menu. The food tasted really good, too. It's a lovely building with antique architecture, conveniently close to the Nissan plants and downtown fair's area.
