What a lovely hotel and such a great experience. Everyone was so kind, and they made an amazing cake for my husband’s birthday. They also have pets, a cat named Gordo and an iguana, which really makes the place feel complete.

The staff were probably the best part of our stay. The place is family-owned and operated, and everyone was so friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing, especially the unique French toast, some of the best I’ve had. We didn’t use the pool, though it looked clean, and the grounds were spotless and well manicured. We’ve stayed in several Ajijic locations over the last couple of years, and this may have been the quietest. They even had earplugs just in case. My wife’s only noise complaint was my snoring. The room was dark at night, the beds were very comfortable, and we had some of our most restful sleep while traveling. We’ll recommend it to others!

The staff were even lovelier than the beautiful hotel. They went out of their way to help us feel welcome and comfortable, accommodated our very late check-in and very early check-out, and answered all our questions promptly. The included breakfast was made to order and was the tastiest continental breakfast I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We slept well in our very comfortable room and enjoyed the garden. The breakfast and customer service were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.
