Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa

The kids club made our son's trip special. Owen loved it and made a great friend there, so they went together every day. Ana, Kass, Litsy, and Andy were happy to answer our questions about the daily schedule. The kids swam at the club, went to the lazy river and buffet for lunch, did crafts, and joined the Lion King production, which was fantastic. On our last night they had a pajama party that Owen and his friend loved. We're grateful to the team for taking such good care of them and giving us some adult time. We also had a great time at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort. The main buffet and Peublito Lindo were excellent, with something we liked every time. The lazy river was calm and relaxing. Finding a pool lounger was sometimes difficult, but we managed. We'd definitely recommend the resort.

Ana, Kass, Litzy, and Andy at the kids club were incredible with my children. They went above and beyond to keep them safe, happy, and included. Restaurant and buffet staff, including the chefs at the à la cartes, also took special care of my family and handled my multiple allergies perfectly, making me special meals when I couldn't eat the regular options. Jassmin, David, and Angel were among the people who helped us. The concierge was very helpful, and Eduardo and Alberto, whose name I may have spelled wrong, were always friendly and ready to assist. The shuttles can take a while because we're not members, but they do come. Check-in was difficult late at night, though they fixed almost everything by morning. The resort is one of the best I've visited. Things are spread out and it isn't perfect, but most of the staff will try to help.

We felt well looked after from the moment we arrived at Grand Sirenis. The resort was beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive. Our children, ages 5-7, loved going to the Kids Club every day. Ana was warm, patient, and caring, and helped them feel safe and excited to join in. They kept telling us about the games, crafts, and other activities. Knowing they were in such good hands gave us peace of mind and time to relax. Ana and the rest of the team made this a memorable family vacation. We're grateful for the memories and would love to return.

We were very happy with our stay. The wildlife and forest trail, including a monkey sighting, and snorkeling right off the beach were real highlights. It was easy to find a lounger at either the beach or the pool, and regular visitors get first-class treatment, though a few areas are set aside for club members. We could also keep using the facilities on checkout day. The room was clean and cool, the buffet and drinks were good, the staff were friendly, and we felt very safe. The seaweed cleanup could be better. Dinner restaurants were okay but nothing special; Bahia Principe and Barcelo were both better. Booking dinner was difficult because the app showed everything as full, but our concierge managed to get us a reservation every night.
