The people here are friendly and really keen to help. There’s a pool and a play area for kids, plus an animal and fun park. The view is stunning, right in front of the Volcano. It’s only about an hour from Mexico City 🇲🇽.

There’s plenty of air in the food and drink menu at the restaurant, and I really enjoyed it. The grounds have a petting zoo, zip line, paddle boats, and other things to do. My room was hard to cool down, though: the windows are small and barely let air through, so a fan would help. The curtains also let in so much light from outside that the room looked like 8 am at 3am. Across the street, the fair starts up at 8 pm, just as the kids are supposed to be settling down, and the noise carries on past 10. Without that loud music, this would be a much better hotel.

The buffet was the best part for me, and there are lots of activities to enjoy with friends or family. They keep to all the scheduled times.

The rooms look comfortable, so I’d like to come back and stay overnight. The food was great, though the restaurant felt a little pricey. I would have preferred being able to order a meal instead of having to pay for the buffet.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff there and around the property were kind and very accommodating. The location is both convenient and beautiful. Staying here gets you a package with a good number of the amenities, and you can buy more at a fairly reasonable price. There’s no AC, but up in the mountains it stays pretty fresh, so heat shouldn’t be a concern. If you need somewhere in Amecameca, this is the place. I’d definitely recommend it, you’ll enjoy your stay.
