The biggest problem was getting into a room after our flight was canceled. We arrived around 8:00 a.m. and asked several times about checking in early, even offering to pay extra. They said there were no rooms, although many guests were checking out that morning. We waited most of the day and asked again, then finally checked in at 2:30 p.m., only half an hour before the official time. One Monterrey Aeropuerto is otherwise a basic, clean, functional place for an overnight airport stay. Breakfast is included, coffee is available 24 hours, and the airport shuttle is useful. It’s convenient enough, but customer service and flexibility during travel disruptions could be better.

It’s a decent place to stay before a flight. Reception didn’t seem very willing to help with an issue caused by miscommunication and the language barrier.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff treated me well. Getting dropped off at the airport was easy, with service every 30 minutes. Pick-up was a different story. They didn’t show up when they said they would, and I waited two hours before they finally told me to take a taxi with a specific company and said they’d reimburse me. It was a hassle, but the pickup was possible in the end.

The staff were kind and check-in went quickly. The room’s air conditioning didn’t work, and the fan was very loud. They sent someone to repair it, but he couldn’t get it working properly.

The buffet breakfast was included and quite nice, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and stylish the place was. It’s about five minutes by car from the airport, with a free shuttle, free Wi-Fi, and a desk staffed around the clock. It had what I needed for a comfortable business trip. I enjoyed my stay.
