The place smells like a sewer, it rains inside, and rooms have leaks everywhere. There’s mold on the ceilings and walls, and the staff are awful and unpleasant. For almost $100 a night, I expected somewhere clean and safe, not dirty. This place isn’t worth it. You can find better hotels in Arandas for less.

We arrived late after a wedding, and when we found the doors locked, we rang the service bell. The night staff came right away and let us in, and the security was good. The facilities were clean, the staff were courteous and helped with everything, and the customer service was wonderful. There is a lot of traffic noise because it’s so close to Plaza Principal, so bring earplugs. Our room may have been especially noisy because it had a patio and was closest to the street. I’d recommend the hotel and stay again.

It’s a huge three-story house converted into a hotel, and it was one of the most modern places I saw in Arandas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and having AC is a plus. The only downside is that it’s near the eastern edge of the village.
