It's super close to downtown, and the staff are attentive. The place also feels very safe. I'd recommend it for a couple or a family traveling with kids. Please like my review if it helped.

There's real pride of ownership here, and the place shines. Great people and a fantastic location in Playacar. This condo/vacation rental is amazing, and I'm coming back next year.

The apartment was sunny, really nice, and well looked after. We also liked the pool. It probably wasn't heated, but the sun kept the water fairly warm, which matters a lot to us. In Tulum, we had a great apartment with a pool and private whirlpool, but both were freezing. Getting to the beach is difficult, though, and the city is about 20 minutes away. I'd still recommend staying here.

Yolanda went way beyond what she had to do when we needed help, and everyone else was friendly too. We had a lovely two-bedroom condo in a nice area, with everything we needed nearby. It was well worth the money. One of the best places we've stayed in Mexico, and we'd happily book with them again when we're back in the area. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Mexico.

The neighbors were friendly for the most part, and the grounds are well manicured. That's about the best I can say. My family and I have never stayed in a worse-run condominium complex. The management was rude to us every day, and the security guards, including Sammy, looked into our rooms. The manager, Anna, kept lying to our property owner. There was also a huge mold problem in the bottom suite where we stayed, C102. Staff turned up without notice and knocked while our baby was asleep, intending to fumigate. Sammy even tried to tell me it was safe to do that with my child sleeping in the room. They don't allow coffee on the pool deck or hammocks either. It's the absolute worst, and there are a million places we'd rather live.
