It’s a decent enough place, but the rooms feel a bit stuffy. There’s no air conditioning, fan, or screen door to let you leave a window open. The pool water was extremely dirty, with bottles, insects, and papers floating in it.

This has become our usual place to stay in Puebla. We've been here three times now, and every visit has been a great experience.

A quiet, relaxing stay with modern rooms and really good service. It's also close to downtown. I'd definitely recommend it.
