Hotel Mansión del Conde - Adults Only

The terrace has beautiful views, and the junior suite was a nice size. The water heated up quickly and had great pressure, and the big bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. But the price is far too high for what you get. The rooms are simple, with one window facing a courtyard, and there was a dirty rag by the bed that was gross. The beds were very uncomfortable, and none of the many pillows worked for sleeping. The TV had no English channels or premium options like Netflix, just as information, not a complaint. They advertise a pool, but it's only a foot deep and the water was cold. The jacuzzi beside it was half full and cold too. Restaurant tables are right next to the pool, so it felt like people eating there expected you to put on a synchronized swimming show while they stared. The free breakfast wasn't good. I ordered sunny side up eggs with bacon and asked for no beans because I'm allergic, but the dish arrived with beans all over the eggs and bacon. Everything was so oversalted that I couldn't eat it. They brought pastries and asked which we wanted, so we took two small muffins. At the end of breakfast they charged us $3.50 USD for them, without having said they cost extra. It's not the money, it's the feeling they were trying to trick us. The parking entrance is off a narrow street through a super narrow door, so you'd better be a great driver.

The restaurant food was delicious, the amenities were superb, and the location was great. This was my first stay at this colonial but stylish hotel, and it was worth every penny. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were so nice and kept checking that I was comfortable and had whatever help I needed. Special thanks to Luz and Antonio. I'll definitely come back.

I loved the pool and spa, and the service was very good. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is amazing. Everything was excellent.

They have discounts for breakfast and are open around the clock. Great hotel and service, highly recommend!
