The infinity pool was divine, and the air conditioning was a huge relief in the extreme PV heat. Niza Five was comfortable, very clean, and we had no issues at all. It’s in a beautiful, safe neighborhood that’s easy to walk around, with great restaurants, an OXXO, and a pharmacy nearby. The main road is an easy 4-5 block walk. Nothing but good things to say, and I’d love to return someday.

We’ve stayed here several times and would gladly come back. We love the condo, and it’s clean, secure, and within easy walking distance of what we needed. Tom and Vince were always available to welcome us and answer questions.

The location is great, and Tom and Co were wonderful. My family and I had a super time here. I’ve been going to PV every year for the last 20 years, and without a doubt this is one of the best places I’ve stayed.

The condo was clean and secure, and had a nice rooftop pool and gym. I really liked the neighborhood, with its unique restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The beach is about 15 minutes away on foot, and COSTCO is nearby.

Really nice new, modern condo in the Versailles neighborhood. The sunsets from the balcony or rooftop pool are fantastic.
