Loud and rude. I got sick from the kitchen and had a doctor's bill on an expensive trip, so it wasn't worth it. The owner, an older woman, was very rude. Calling her a lady is being nice.

The staff are very kind, and this is a good place for integration and business workshops. The bass in the workshop room interfered a lot because it was connected to the general sound system. They could improve that by disconnecting it.

It really felt like we were away from everything in our own little world, with no outside noise. The stay was very pleasant. I'd only say the customer service was not excellent.

My first night was horrible, and I had to go to the lobby at least three times to complain. The towels in my room were dirty and stained, the TV didn't work until I found someone to fix it, and the internet in the room wasn't working either. There was no phone to call room service, so I had to walk all the way to the lobby to ask for anything. The little playground for kids was poorly maintained. I also tried the spa and didn't like the massage at all. A spider bit me while I was there, and after leaving the hotel I had to see a doctor to get it checked. I stayed here in March. This is a horrible hotel.
