The rooms are few in number but spacious, and the setting is quite peaceful. The location is excellent, and the service and attention were great. Room service is available until 5 p.m., with tasty Puebla dishes.

The Wi-Fi was poor and there was no air conditioning. Nobody could get my room door open for 30 minutes. I booked two queen beds but got a king and a twin mattress. They only had Coke, no Sprite or anything else, and there was no coffee maker. Breakfast doesn't start until 9 a.m., and I could keep going.

The service was great, though I didn't find the food delicious. This place is fantastic.

It's a comfortable, nice place with good service, a swimming pool, and different activities.

The food was amazing and the place is beautiful. My room got a bit hot, though, and it could use air conditioning.
