The hotel is beautiful, covered in flowers, and really close to downtown. The rooms are okay, but communication is poor. They give you a WhatsApp number, then nobody answers at night or early in the morning, even if you need something like getting your car out. Need toilet paper? No answer. Want to find out why there's no hot water? Same thing. Finally, after 7 am, someone replied that you have to open both taps for six minutes before hot water comes. As an ecologist, that was really hard for me. The poor communication and water waste are unacceptable. It's a beautiful place, but I'm not going back.

The staff were helpful, and the rooms had good amenities, though a little upkeep would help. The grounds feel like a quiet oasis, with lovely decor, a couple of cats, and two peacocks. It's a bit of a walk from the center, but being away from it makes things quieter.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. It’s a peaceful, intimate hotel, and the service is exceptional. They don’t cut corners. The seven peacocks roaming around are amazing, and the tiny little rooster is ridiculously cute.
