The staff really went above and beyond. They called taxis when I needed them and even arranged a hair appointment for me while I was in town for a wedding. I also met a few guests who said they’d stayed here before. As a woman travelling solo, I felt very comfortable in this charming hotel. It’s between one of the most popular cathedrals and the main town square, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and markets nearby. I’d recommend it.

Flowers were everywhere, refreshed almost every day, and that care captured the feel of the place. The team was warm and hospitable, and the spaces were very clean. Hotel Casa de Sietes is in the historic centre, with typical, authentic architecture and decor. We came away with excellent memories. Thanks to everyone who helped make our stay unforgettable.

We came away with friends among the drivers and guides the hotel recommended. The staff helped arrange airport transportation both ways and several trips outside Oaxaca, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. They even got me a delicious cake for my birthday. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of everything, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. It’s not a five-star hotel by any means, but the location and service were five-star for us. Perfect for our Oaxacan adventure.

Weekends get a little louder because it’s so central, but earplugs took care of it. The staff were super friendly and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Great hotel in a great central location. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely come back if we’re ever in Oaxaca again.
