The staff made me feel welcome, and I had hot water and a television. But the sewage smell from the river and the noisy roosters would keep me from staying here again. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, so I had to move to a room nearer the front desk to get a better signal. There was no air conditioning.

Roosters kept crowing, and there was porn on the walls. They wouldn't give me a room key or pay change. The worst.
