Our room had a balcony on the second floor, and it made the stay feel especially cozy. The setup is like a small apartment, comfortable and practical for a few days, with two beds, a wardrobe, mini-fridge, coffee maker, desk, and full bathroom. There’s no kitchen, but it had what we needed. Great value, and a peaceful place to unwind.

We never actually met the host, but he was great to deal with, always quick to reply and happy to arrange some fantastic tours. The property is quiet and secure, a little removed from the busy area, and the lagoon is about a 15-minute walk away. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the shower was fantastic. The pool area and loungers were beautifully kept too. Thanks again!

The area felt safe and peaceful, and the privacy and quiet were a real plus. It isn't right by the lagoon, though Bacalar is small enough that most places are only a 10- to 15-minute walk away. For the price, this hotel offers a lot.
