The bathroom was filthy, with urine splashed around, and the shower had almost no water, all of it cold. There wasn't any toilet paper, soap, or towel either. I told the manager about the problems, but she didn't do anything to sort them out. I was exhausted from traveling and found the room unbearably hot because the AC didn't work. I asked for my money back and went to find another place. AWFUL.

The location isn't too bad, but we were treated really poorly. We paid for a room with air conditioning and found it wasn't working when they showed us the room. It was very hot, smelled strongly of damp, and the place felt rundown and dirty. Honestly, I can't recommend it.

The price is good, and it's okay if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night. For a longer stay, I wouldn't recommend it. The basics are there: a bed, water, a fan, Wi-Fi, and a shared kitchen.

It’s very affordable compared with the other hotels, and Bacalar Park is really close. Free Wi-Fi, too.
