The pool is small but nice, and there’s sufficient parking. The village is relaxed, though phone reception is dodgy, probably part of being away from the crowds and cities. The hotel internet is workable. I loved the fully equipped kitchen. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels and houses, but this was top notch. You could really live in these apartments for a longer time. There’s free water during the stay, good breakfast service in the morning, and comfortable beds and pillows with powerful hot showers. My room was spacious, and I was lucky to be on the top floor with an extra window. I could see the sea while sitting at the dining table. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. It felt like coming home after a long journey.

The clean, refreshing pool and the rooftop sunset view were highlights. It’s a well-kept place near the heart of town. The kitchenette has only the basics, but there are plenty of good, affordable restaurants nearby.

The breakfast is amazing, don’t miss it. The location is quiet and away from everything, apart from the helicopter pad across the street, with helicopters coming and going morning, noon, and evening. The website’s description is inaccurate. You only get an ocean view by standing at the edge of the rooftop and looking half a kilometer over a fence on private land. The walk to the beach takes about ten minutes. The rooftop veranda has two umbrellas and four chairs, but there are no sitting areas outside the rooms or near the pool. There’s one key per room, so you have to go everywhere with your partner. Bring your own beach towels, since only pool towels are allowed in the building. If you book with a credit card, be aware this is a cash-only operation, and you may need to catch a bus to get enough cash in a nearby town. The room kitchens have minimal supplies, so expect to buy a lot if you plan to cook your meals. There are two very cute barking dogs on site. One is a parapup whose back legs drag when he poops, and each morning his butt gets cleaned with pool water. The pictures show an ocean view while sitting down.

It’s right at the entrance to town, which makes it easy to visit nearby places and have a great experience in Costalegre. You can get to the beach if you want to catch waves, and the place has what you need to relax away from crowds.
