The place is pleasant, private, and clean, right in town and very close to the beach. The manager was friendly and considerate, and even gave us extra time to check out. We had trouble at first, though: she wasn’t there when we arrived, and there was no contact number. We got in touch through other guests, and she came over right away. It isn’t a hotel, and she doesn’t even have a name.

Total fraud, please don’t trust this listing. I booked directly through the app, and it was a scam. When I got to the hotel, nobody was there, and the owner told me it hadn’t been rented out for more than 10 years. Don’t fall for it, and please help report it! The hotel is no longer part of Oyó hoteles, it’s a different inn now.

A safe neighborhood, affordable shops nearby, and just 3 or 4 blocks from the beach. The place is very clean and nicely decorated, and it welcomes pets. Service was friendly without being pushy.

A safe, comfortable place to stay in Barra de Navidad, and you can bring your pet. They also have medical and rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. For me, it’s the best lodging option here...

Some of the pictures aren’t of the hotel, and there’s no air conditioning.
