Grand Hotel KYRIOS Veracruz

The room cleaner rummaged through my things and I lost makeup, including lashes that had been on the vanity and others from inside my suitcase. That's how I knew she'd searched the suitcase. She admitted throwing away the lashes from inside it, saying she confused them with the ones on the vanity, but denied searching my suitcase or taking makeup. I complained, and management said only that they'd scold the waitress. They wouldn't cover my expensive makeup or do anything about my stolen belongings, and the waitress didn't pay me either. I had to attend a wedding without makeup I'd bought abroad because it is hard to replace it quickly in Mexico. The place looked much better in the pictures than in person: stained sheets, a dirty floor and toilet, and a dirty pool. I highly don't recommend staying here.
