We really enjoyed the Sol suite. The bed was super comfortable, the new LCD TV and air conditioning were nice, and the shower had hot water with a strong flow. The jacuzzi could use a bit of maintenance. Parking is available on site, and farmacia de Guadalajara is right around the corner. Lovely hotel in Boca, and thanks for hosting us.

It's quiet and has a pool, and the service is good. The rate is 700 per night. I'm still waiting for my bill, though.

It's just one block from the beach, which made the location great for what I wanted. The hotel was clean and very nice, and the staff were attentive and friendly. They also have parking and a pool, and allow pets.

On April 18th, I booked through Booking.com, but when I got to the hotel they casually told me they'd overbooked and had no room for me. They didn't provide a room or a refund, and just told me to work it out with Booking.com. The person who answered the phone, supposedly from sales, gave appalling customer service. TERRIBLE SERVICE! One star only because there's no lower option. If you want to be left out in the cold or treated terribly, book here.
