Kadun Hotel Boutique

I came to Cabo to dive and found Kadun Hotel comfortable, calm, and conveniently located. The rooftop pool and hot tub are cozy and relaxing, with a nice view, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of La Lupita, a great place for tacos and music. The marina is about a 20-minute walk or a short Uber ride, though traffic makes walking there unpleasant. My only wish was for a balcony where I could hang and dry my dive gear.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at Kadun, and the experience was amazing. The new property is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean, with great amenities and a convenient spot near Medano Beach. We chose the all-inclusive dining package and thought it was absolutely worth it. The food was high quality, and we could enjoy restaurants by the marina, Kadun's own options, and those at its sister resort, Hacienda Encantada. A big thank you to all the staff, especially Jaime and Evan, for making the stay feel special. We'll definitely return to Kadun!

Marina Fiesta Resort overbooked, so they moved our original seven-night booking here. Kadun had only recently opened, and it turned out to be an amazing place to spend the week. The rooms felt bright and brand new, and the decor throughout had a desert chic look. We enjoyed taking it easy, especially on the rooftop, with plenty of seating, a beautiful pool, and a gym with a view. The service stood out most. Everyone at Kadun was kind, patient, and attentive. Special thanks to Jorge at Umbral, the staff at Savia, and the whole lobby crew for making the stay so great.

We loved our week at Kadun Hotel in January 2026 and would happily stay again. We were glad we picked this brand-new hotel. The rooftop was a favorite, with a pool, gym, lounge area, bar, and restaurant, plus amazing sunset views. I heard sunrise is beautiful too, but we always slept in and missed it.
