The penthouse we booked through Marriott/Ronival Vacations was stunning, with views over Cabo and the arch. Ronival kept in touch well, and there were plenty of services to help us make the most of our time in town. Thanks, Gaby! Getting into Cabo and the tourist corridor was easy, too. We had a great vacation and couldn't recommend renting in Tramonti more.

The apartment is really nice and quiet, but long-term renters should know about the water billing. Even with a meter, I lived alone and used no more than 5 cubic meters a month, yet the bill could reach 500 pesos or more. There were also occasional surprise charges for prorated water deliveries that I hadn't been told about as a tenant. They bill the cubic meters you use at the government water rate, then charge those same cubic meters again at the truck rate. The charges aren't explained clearly, and many residents are unhappy with the practice. A lot of the owners don't live here, so there doesn't seem to be anyone to speak up against these abusive bills. The rental prices are inflated too, even though the place itself is very nice.
