We’ve spent years coming to Pueblo Bonito with our family, and we still love it. The rooms are comfortable, and Nancy Andalon kept ours spotless every day. She even made a birthday “cake” from towels. She showed up around the same time each day, so we knew when to expect her, and when my son accidentally threw away his retainers, she helped me find the particular garbage bags we use. She was wonderful. At the Rose, Luis was attentive to what guests needed. Sabine and her manager at the front desk made check-in easy. On the beach, Juan and Hector looked after us all day, somehow keeping up their smiles while serving and talking to people in the sand. Adam at the Rose pool was fun to be around and took great care of us too. Silvia and Daniel ran the daily activities and made them enjoyable. You can tell they really care about guests. I hope I can keep bringing my family back for years to come.

We had a wonderful trip and will be back. The location is great, the resort is beautiful, and both the service and food were outstanding. Gerardo looked after us at the pool every day, and it was clear he enjoys his work. We also celebrated my Mom’s 70th Birthday at Fellini’s next door, where they made the occasion feel really special.

The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. We especially liked the views of El Medano beach and the Mexican food at Palomas restaurant. Staff greeted us with smiles throughout the day. Leo at the beach was quick to help whenever we wanted drinks or food. At breakfast, Evaristo at Mare Nostrum served us several times and was excellent. More evening activities and shows would have made the trip even better.

Paloma was our favorite restaurant, and Ricardo did a great job. Room service food arrived quickly. We stayed on the Rosé side, where there were places to eat, and the Blanco side was close by too. The rooms on Rosé weren’t fancy, and the hot tub wasn’t working. On the beach, vendors came around every 30 minutes, which got annoying. The included bus ride to the Sunset beach resort is worth taking. The views from the sky pool were amazing. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The rooms were just okay, but clean is enough for us since we don’t come to Cabo to spend time indoors. We had dinner at Cilantros, and the staff there were attentive and friendly. Laura and Susana were especially sweet. The customer service across the hotel was so good that we’ll return.
