The location is great and you can walk everywhere, including the marina. Rooms are a bit old, but acceptable for basic needs, and some can be noisy. Parking is secure, though there are only a few spaces and they may need to arrange one for you each time you return. That process is quick, and the service is nice.

We left after just two of the nine nights we'd paid for because we couldn't rest. The hotel is between a main road and a bar, so nights were very noisy. You'd need to be used to heavy noise or sleep with music in headphones. The photos don't match reality, the rooms and towels weren't clean, and the rooms were long overdue for refurbishment. We changed rooms three times in two days because of their poor condition. When we asked for a refund, staff treated us badly. They pretended to call the manager while we were there, then wouldn't let us speak with him. They misrepresented refund terms in the contract, which didn't exist, and spoke disrespectfully about female colleagues who weren't there, blaming them for supposed incompetence. They said the "system" couldn't issue any refund, even a partial one, and offered only a voucher for another stay or a different room. The three stars for service go only to the drivers and the female staff, who were friendly, helpful, and focused on customers.

I couldn't stay, even if that makes me a snob. The room was large, but there was nowhere to put your things, no table or desk, chairs, or drawers. No coffee maker or glasses either. Watch out for the wall-mounted TV, it sticks out far enough to hit your head. The elevator still wasn't working, and the TV didn't work. Staff got annoyed when I complained, then moved me to another room called “The Suite,” which wasn't any better.
