The Residences at La Vista - Hotel Boutique

The condos are beautiful and the ocean views are lovely. The one drawback was security being pretty strict about noise, considering this is a place that hosts tourists.

Omar made the whole stay so easy. We were in touch by text for weeks before arriving, and he stayed incredibly responsive, polite, and thoughtful throughout. He took care of everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. We booked the three-bedroom villa for just one night while on a cruise, and wished we could have stayed much longer. The beds were great and the views were amazing. Nothing went wrong at all, and I’d definitely book here again when we return.

We left after the presentation and came back two days later to buy. They treated us respectfully and were pleasant even when we chose to walk away at first, with no pressure to purchase. We’re extremely pleased with what we bought. It’s a smaller place tucked up on the mountainside, and every unit has a breathtaking view. The staff, the property, and the benefits we get are like nothing else.

Tony and Jose make the place feel like home, and the rest of the staff are the best too. The food is fantastic, there’s a great drinks selection, and the occasional live music is fun. Every time I return, I’m reminded how beautiful that view is.
