If you're looking for quiet and luxury without crowds, go to the Cape. It felt like nowhere else in the area. I know it's expensive, but it was worth every penny. There was always a pool chair available, the food was phenomenal, and the service was unmatched. Nobody on the beach was bothering us or trying to sell things. We even saw a free fireworks show and whales jumping in the water. I've never stayed anywhere more beautiful or serene, so don't let the negative reviews put you off.

The view was amazing, and hearing the beach and watching whales was incredible. We stayed Feb 9-13, which was perfect for a short trip, though I wish we'd had more time. The staff made us feel like family. Abraham and the front desk and valet staff were favorites, and we had some great servers too. We booked Sunday through Thursday, knowing weekends may bring weddings and rooftop DJs. A lot of negative reviews mention loud music or crowds, so booking Sunday-Thursday/Friday seems like a good idea if you want things comfortable and quiet. The daytime music was at a good volume. Housekeeping was top notch, everything was very clean, and the turn down service was something I'd never experienced before. Breakfast and lunch were great on site. Breakfast had a good menu, and you eat on the balcony overlooking the ocean. People are usually up early here anyway. We had lunch by the pool each day, and the chicken tacos and ceviche were incredible. We went off property for dinner to explore local spots, though I've heard good things about the food there. We booked on points and were treated just like guests paying cash. The hospitality was unlike anything I've experienced, and we'll 100% be back. We love you Cape!!!

I woke up to an amazing Arch view every day, and the location is one of the best in Cabo. The staff were incredible, attentive, and learned our names. The food and rooms were amazing too. I was celebrating being done with breast cancer, and they sent pink macaroons, a handwritten note with a breast cancer ribbon, tequila with fun things for a salt rim, and a bottle of prosecco. Luis at the pool gave us a cabana at no charge and shared that he had lung cancer. He was so sweet and gracious, and made the trip really special. Saying I'm obsessed with this hotel barely covers it. I'll be back!

We felt looked after from the moment we arrived. Everyone was genuinely kind, smiling, and ready to help, and the service was the best we’ve ever had. Housekeeping came at least twice a day and did far more than clean: they put away my makeup, wrapped up the cords, including the ones for my hair tools, and took care of all the little things. Sealed bottled water was always available. Breakfast was amazing, and everything we tried was great. Aldo, our pool server, was especially outstanding. We couldn’t recommend the place more.

The balcony swing was a lovely touch, and all the rooms face the ocean. The food we tried was great, too. For a hotel this size, the amenities are impressive: there’s a stylish sunken bar downstairs and a livelier rooftop bar. What really stood out, though, was the service. Staff were warm and attentive, even noticing when we might want a drink or something to eat by the pool, or shifting an umbrella to shade us. The Cape exceeded my expectations across the board.
