The lobby security guy was really nice. He said he'd keep an eye on the owner's car all night :) I would have given 4 stars, but the smoke detector beeped every 35 seconds all night. The water only had one temperature, cold, and there was no window in the room. At 562 pesos, it felt a bit too expensive for all that.

Terrible customer service. The water and air conditioner didn't work, and ants were all over the bed.

The bus stop is Galeana Sur. Route 1 is three stops from the center, and they say the fare will be 5 to 8 pesos starting in January. It's a good option if you don't want to spend much, and it's not too far from the center. The Ko/OK route is two stops away, with another stop before or after it on Av. Adolfo López. Right now the bus is free until January 1st, 2026.

The service was good, but the room was dirty and in poor shape. The bathroom was dirty, there were cockroaches, the curtain had mold, and there was no hot water. The beds had no sheets and the pillows had no covers. The television was very old and not a Smart TV. The room didn't seal properly, so you could hear the other guests, and there was no parking.
