The beds were nice and comfortable.

I really like the place. The outside of the building could use some cleaning and maintenance, and the exterior bins need to be emptied more often. It'd be perfect if they opened the restaurant.

The suite worked out perfectly for our family of six, and the price was excellent. I’d stay again, and Cuauhtemoc has become one of our favorite destinations. There were a couple of details to sort out: the jacuzzi drain cover was missing, so they used a sponge ball as a replacement. The minibar wasn’t very clean and seemed like it might not be working anymore.

It’s a really peaceful, pleasant hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I’d definitely recommend a visit.

The recreational areas and family-friendly feel make this a comfortable place to stay. The price is great for a short visit. I’d recommend it.
