Aquamarina Beach Hotel

This is a nice, budget-friendly hotel on the hotel strip, with beach access and nice pools. The beach access area is a bit disappointing because the access area is small, but the service is still nice. Kids will definitely have fun with the activities and the pool. The rooms do not have mini fridges, which was a letdown in such a hot place.

I am sure the good reviews cannot be real. The facilities are old and dirty. All the drinks were awful. My piña colada tasted like butter. The staff were not only rude but unkind, too. There is very little entertainment, and the pools are too cold to swim in. The beach in front of the hotel is dirty and stinky, and there is no service at the chairs. I cannot think of a single reason anyone should stay here.

We had a very disappointing stay. The property advertised a jacuzzi, but it was just a basic bathtub without any of the essential jacuzzi features. Even when we offered to pay extra, the hotel did not have the equipment needed. The rooms smelled unpleasant, and there were termites in the cottage area, which was concerning. The television was also not working. We were staying here for our honeymoon and hoped for a special, memorable experience, but the overall service and facilities completely spoiled it for us. We truly expected much better standards and hospitality.

Bad hotel, good location. The only good thing is that it is near many shops and places to eat, but the hotel itself is awful. The pictures are misleading and apparently have not been updated since the hotel was booked. Beach access is very small, the rooms are small and smell of mold, and the beds are as hard as rocks. The shower was the worst. Its head sprays water all over the bathroom, and when I told the hotel staff, all they did was put a towel on the floor. There are tiny bugs everywhere, maybe ants or termites. There is not even a mini fridge or microwave! I will not stay here again.
