I came to Cancun as a backpacker, not on a solo trip, and I’d recommend this place to other budget travelers. The hotel is clean and I didn’t see any bugs, not even ants. You can walk to the ADO bus stop, a big supermarket, and the R1 bus stop. There’s a KFC and Pizza Hut just 30 seconds away, plus the Chinese restaurant I check in to every day is also within walking distance. I’ll be here for 8 days!

The host was lovely and even let us leave our belongings while we went for a walk on our last day. The place had everything we needed: good AC, a comfortable bed, a small fridge, a private bathroom, and everything was clean. There’s also a shared lounge with water. I highly recommend it.

The staff were consistently attentive and respectful, which stood out most to me. Even though it’s centrally located, the neighborhood felt peaceful. The building is renovated, in excellent shape, and very clean, with a welcoming atmosphere and a lovely smell throughout. The rooms had everything we needed. It was a nice place to unwind after the beach or an excursion, and I’d happily recommend it.

Excellent service, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is handy too, near the bus terminal, Oxxo convenience store, shopping areas, and restaurants.
