Cancun plaza condo hotel gave me an amazing experience. It isn’t a luxury hotel, but the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and I felt safe. Restaurants and a convenience store are within walking distance. The beach access was great, with beautiful views from the room and a beautiful beach. The water was a bit rough, though I think that was because of the time of year. Víctor, the manager, was amazing, quick to respond, and helped with everything. I’ll definitely go back!

The price was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, though it’s shared with the hotel next door. The bathroom smelled pretty bad, the lobby wasn’t inviting, and it felt like an empty bedroom turned into an office. The elevator wasn’t working during our stay, and there was no microwave.

The views were beautiful, and the restaurant served great food at really good prices. I’ve been to Cancun several times, and this has been my best experience for the money.

They cancelled our reservation with 24 hours’ notice, asking for a 3000 peso deposit by bank transfer after I’d already paid in advance by credit card.

We had a really nice week-long vacation here. The hotel was clean and orderly, and the staff were incredible. I totally recommend the experience, the activities, and the staff!
