Cancun - Soho

Francisco and his wife Alejandra welcomed us like old friends, even though we checked in late. Their warmth made the stay feel like home from the start, and their genuine care was a big part of what made our visit safe and memorable. They shared their home, their knowledge, and their love for Cancun, and we’ll miss their hospitality. The location close to the airport made both arrival and departure easy. Francisco’s local tips saved us money and led us to great places to eat, even late at night. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, a peaceful place to return to after going out. The bathroom was spotless and had all the essentials. Cancun Soho exceeded what we expected, and we can’t wait to come back.

We had a very late flight with three small children, and Francisco let us check out exceptionally late, which helped so much. He and his wife were wonderful hosts. Breakfast included scrambled eggs he cooked for us, fruit, toast, and a fresh pot of coffee. 100/10, I’d stay here again.

The host was kind and helpful, and breakfast in the morning was a nice extra. The place was convenient, good value, and very close to the airport. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and backyard gave us a great place to unwind. We only found Cancun Soho because weather cancelled our flight, and we arrived exhausted, frustrated, and worried. Francisco and his family looked after us so well. They helped us find late-night food delivery, suggested things to do nearby, and drove us back to the airport when we finally got another flight. After we left, Francisco even checked that we’d made it home. If we return to Cancun, we’ll stay with them instead of at a big resort.
