We came to celebrate my birthday, and the staff made it feel special by decorating the room with towel swans. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and everything was very clean. The building itself is cool, too. There’s lots of local art and food nearby, with Mercado 23 just moments away in the heart of Cancun. I loved the roof spa under the stars, the nice gym, and the basement pool with its beautiful tile. Breakfast was freshly made to order, and they did their best to keep our car secure in the courtyard. I wish I were still there. They were wonderful, and I can’t wait to go back.

This was my third time here, and they’ve made lots of nice changes. The area isn’t the greatest and the neighborhood isn’t fancy, but I’ve always felt safe and the people are friendly. It’s away from the touristy strip, so you get more of a feeling of being in Mexico. Everything you need is nearby. We planned to stay three days, but the reasonable price for what you get convinced us to add another three weeks. The staff make you feel welcome and comfortable, and they’re always helpful and willing to accommodate you. There are free bikes and laundry, plus a well equipped gym with fighter pictures on the walls to get you pumped up. I always get a good sweat there. The pool and Jacuzzi are good for relaxing, and I was surprised to find a helicopter pad on the roof. I recommend checking it out 😁😊👍😊😁.

I had a good stay and would recommend this place for business or vacation. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the rooftop gym had a solid range of machines and equipment, everything I needed for a workout. Afterward I’d relax by the pool and take in the amazing roof view. They even have a helicopter pad, so imagine being picked up or dropped off right at the hotel.

I stayed here for my last night in Mexico after visiting several cities. It’s in a working-class neighborhood, not really a touristy spot, and the ADO station was within walking distance. That suited me well before heading home, especially with a big bed and a good hot shower. The people at reception greeted me with smiles and were very friendly. My room was spacious and very clean, with extremely comfortable bedding and nice air conditioning. Breakfast was simple, eggs, fruit, and toast, but the eggs were cooked to order and the chef was always smiling.
