We’ve spent the last six winters living at Habitalia and have enjoyed it a lot. It’s a great place to live, with security around the complex and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

The shared areas are a real highlight, with beautiful pools, a friendly palapa, barbecue space, and a play area for kids. Inside, there’s a magnificent interior space. The location is handy too, near shopping centers, supermarkets, and Cancún's main avenues. It could work well as a home or as a rental investment.

I did like the place, but the pool feels more like decoration. The building keeps the sun off it, so the water is always cold. It’s usually deserted and empty for the same reason.

The facilities are well looked after, including the pool and green spaces, and security is excellent around the clock. It’s also comfortable and peaceful while still being centrally located, right beside the outlet malls. One of the best places to live in Cancun.
