The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the staff around the hotel were friendly and attentive. Food and service were outstanding too. From our oceanfront room, we could see the view through the shower window while taking a rain shower, and the first pictures show that view. The beach is the best in Cancun, with an incredible ocean and plenty of beautiful palapas. Staff kept bringing drinks and food when we needed them, without being intrusive. The pools are huge with lots of seating and shade, and the beautiful hot tubs overflow into the pool. Thanks for an amazing stay! ❤️☀️🇲🇽

I stay here for work, and the staff are excellent, helpful, and kind. The beach has white sand and is swimmable, but the water makes my skin itch, and there’s seaweed. That seems to be the case all over Cancun. I haven’t tried the food because I’m not on an all-inclusive package, and it’s very expensive without one. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the strip within walking distance. I usually get meals at the big Selecto grocery store, which has lots of options. The rooms are my biggest complaint. There are no balconies, the beds are very hard, and early morning light gets in. Thicker or blackout blinds would help. The rooms are never that clean either. I do like the Nespresso pod coffee maker.

The beach was one of the most beautiful I’ve seen, with clear water and pure white sand, and the food had a delicious variety of flavors. My room and the service were top-notch too. Everything felt perfect from the moment I arrived at InterContinental Presidente Cancun Resort. If they ever need a model for an ad campaign, I’m officially applying! 😂 I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Five stars, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun.

I’m back for my sixth stay, and familiar staff make us feel at home year after year. The Lecap team is great, and the service in all the restaurants is warm, personal, and impeccable. Gustavo Manzanar at el Caribeño restaurant always takes excellent care of us. This visit I also had two massages with Maricela, who was professional and caring and gave me wonderful service. The rooms are clean, the pools aren’t busy, the food is great, and the beach is calm and perfect for little kids. Service here is always great.
