The rates seemed reasonable, the location is very good, and I loved the customer service. I wasn't so sure about how the bathroom was laid out, though. In my room, it was in the hallway leading to the room, with no windows or exhaust fan. Maybe the other rooms are different, but I didn't like that room.

My friend and I felt comfortable the whole time, and the welcome and service were excellent. The place is colorful, peaceful, and spotless, with lots of little paintings and decorations that make each space feel different. It's also in a handy spot, between the parish church and basilica in El Pueblito, with shops, small plazas, and kiosks nearby. A lovely place to relax and enjoy. 10/10, and we hope to return soon!

Each room has its own decor, which gives the place a lovely, personal feel. It's small but cozy, very clean, and the reception is open 24 hours. The manager, Scarlet, provided excellent, attentive service, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. I'd suggest adding parking, though it seemed safe enough to leave the car outside. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

We stayed here last night and felt right at home. Everyone on staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was great for a family outing. I had green enchiladas and coffee for breakfast, expecting I might not like them, but they were delicious and better than I expected. There are a few things they could improve, but we had a very good experience despite my initial doubts from some negative reviews.

The new management is doing a great job. It's a picturesque place in a good location, with friendly staff and delicious food. I especially liked that every room has its own painting.
